or return it for replacement or refund.
If the return is for replacement or repair, you need only return the affected
component. If the return is for a refund,
refund will be made based on the amount paid for the items returned.
All returns must be pre-paid shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable
for any return. We will pay standard continental US
shipping to return to you any replaced or repaired product which in our
analysis failed due to defect in materials or
workmanship within 12 months of your purchase new from us.
Our maximum liability under any circumstance is the price you paid to us
(including any tax we collected from you) for the
merchandise. Californa state law to

You may cancel an order until shipped and receive a full refund. Once shipped,
the order cannot be cancelled, but can be returned.
Please email us so we can advise best disposition and provide a Return
Authorization Number. You don't have to, but it may
help expedite getting you what you want.
